TIGER HUNTERS LANDED IN PRISION



A man who organized a tiger hunt in 2005 has been sentenced to two years in prision. Another person who was a owner of the 70 hectare property called "Los Lunares" has also been banned from hunting for an additional four years. He has found guilty of commiting a crim against the enviromental and for killing a member of a protected speries that was the wolves.

NGO is studying the possibility of bringing for their charges against the convicted: one, for hunting of internationally protected species such as the tiger, two, for the killing of wolves which are a protected species too and three, for the illegal trafficking of endangered species.
